Good deal for a solid PSU but I'm waiting to a deal on the X series again. I would much rather pay a little more and get fully modular.

I personally find nothing wrong with semi-modular since the 24pin won't be done away with anyway. Seems like a good deal if you put up with rebates.

Agreed. While I LOVE my X850, this is a pretty hot deal for top quality power on a tight budget. The great thing about Seasonic is nearly all of their PSU's actually break into the next 80+ rating @ 50% load (i.e., Bronze becomes Silver, Silver to Gold etc)..
