Seasonic 500W Enough For 8800GTX + more?

I'm just wondering if a Seasonic S12 500W power supply will be enough for a dual core system(E6600), 3-4 SATA hdds, a Raptor, and a signle 8800GTX. I probably want a little room for possible TV tuner cards, but not too much beyond that and maybe a cdrom drive.
