Searching for a Good Video Dowload and Converter program

Can anyone here recommend a good one (that's for free)?

I was using Speedbit Video Downloader and converter, but it has stopped working for some reason

Handbrake is good

Handbrake for converting videos. And videograbber's very good to capture videos from the internet. I like them both.

I agree, these programs are excellent.

JDownloader 2 can do some video downloads too (in addition to the ton of non-video hosts it supports).
