Both in black matte finish, purchased in 2016 - I am the original and only owner, both work flawlessy. Comes with power cables and a PYST RCA cable to connect the two. I recently upgraded to a Jotunheim so I'm selling these as a combo. $220, includes shipping.

What chip set is in the Bifrost? 4490 or multibit ? What gen USB?

4490. Not sure on USB I imagine it's Gen 2 - USB 2.0, was purchased in March 2016 for $399, still have the order receipt from Schiit.
