I'm using Windows 2003 server and I have a scanner hooked up to it to scan photos.
It was working and I have the Windows Image Acquisition service enabled. Then one day my friend worked on it and now the scanner doesnt' work at all.
All I know is that the twain_32 directory is now under the users folder under a users name instead. Photoshop doesn't detect it and even the software that came with the scanner is reporting missing files.
What could have my friend done to create this problem? Any suggestions on to get it working again?
