When running 3dmark or playing older games that do not support widescreen, I get black bars on the right and left side. I want it to stretch to fill the space, but the option is disabled. Anyone know how to ungrey it or is my particular monitor restricting the driver. My 245bw works fine and has no black voids. The issue is with the 2693HM. (Both are 1920x1200)

On the 245bw do you use an option in the driver to change the scaling or do you use the monitors functions?

Well, on the 245bw (what i meant if it didnt edit yet) I don't even have to touch that option, it does it automatically. The only reason found that option, which I really think it does what I need, is because the 2693HM wasn't doing what I wanted it to do. I never looked at the option on the 245bw, but I don't have that monitor anymore to check.

Have you been through all the options on the 245bw monitors setup?

your monitor probably has 1:1 pixel mapping. Try going into your monitors settings and see if you can turn it off or force it to 16:10, 16:9 or 4:3

Image Size

You can change the size of the screen displayed on your monitor.

* Normal - The screen is displayed in accordance with the screen aspect ratio of the input signals.

* Wide - A full screen is displayed regardless of the screen aspect ratio of the input signals.

under image? (or display>image?)
