SB61G2V3 with VGA Silencer 9800pro?

I am planning on buying a SB61G2V3 but it seems the AGP slot is all the way at the edge of the mobo... my AIW 9800 Pro has a rev2 Arctic silencer on it, takes up an extra pci slot space in a regular case. So in this shuttle case it would extend out of the case, correct? I would either have to run the system without a cover or do some clever modding to the side??? is this safe? :confused:

sure its safe

you can either leave the cover off

or cut a slot in the side cover, to slide it around the AC silencer
