Saving window position on a dual monitor setup?

I love my dual monitor setup. My problem is that every time that Windows starts, it doesn't put my windows back where I positioned them.

I have Analog X's NetStat Live start when Windows starts. I'd like to have it start in the same spot on my second monitor every time I boot. Right now, it moves it to the primary monitor.

Is there any way to to this in Windows? Maybe a freeware program?

BTW, I'm running XP Pro SP2.

Try holding CTRL when you close it. built into windows

Nope. That works for the main monitor but not for the secondary monitor.
