Santa Cruz/2003 conflict

Has anyone had any success on getting a Turtle Beach Santa Cruz and Windows Server 2003 to work together? The drivers from the CD appear to install correctly, and I am prompted to reboot. After I reboot and try to open the Santa Cruz control panel, I'm greeted with a message saying drivers have not been installed. Anyone know how to fix this?
