Samsung S27A850 on google shopping, 10 stores have product pages for ~$900

I notices this this morning, iv been checking Google Shopping regularly for any sign of release, this is the first time I have seen actual product pages, no big sellers like amazon but its something.

Also, sammy has a product page with info and driver downloads and stuff, didnt see this before either but no idea how long its been up.

That's a good sign. So far they aren't in stock at any place that I can find yet.
 
It would be good if you could post this in existing thread. I am not a mod or anything, but just saying that it is good to keep all of the info in one place.

I wasn't sure where to add it, the existing thread is specifically about the pre-production review. The mods can always merge the threads if they need to be.
 
I'm not in the know regarding american warehouse stock keeping policies; what does this imply for the release date? Could this be a sign that it actually might see a release in July? Or should we still expect Q3?
 
The 24" is showing up too for around ~$500 now on sites like provantage and costcentral.
 
these monitors are available everywhere does anyone have one yet? are they good for gaming? are they 120hz?
 
I saw this - is buy.com any good for electronics though? Weird they have em and no one else does..
 
I just might have to be the guinea pig and order one. I really hope they fixed the backlight irregularities and low contrast.
 
Wow, they have it in stock i been looking everywhere. I am about to buy the HP ZR30W but if this is available now i might bite on this one, i am about to call buy.com and see.

Let me know what they say. If it's in stock I'll most likely order one.
 
Just ordered one off Buy.com! Let's see if it really ships out.. Says 45 day return policy, so if it sucks, should be able to return it.

Update:
My CC company denied the charge for some reason and now Buy is out of stock.. ERRR

I'm not sure a screen like will reach Amazon (pointed towards the average consumer) but that's a good start, and it could slowly reach out to other websites and companies
 
yup buy.com does have it! Is their any cons? anything on the inputlag. I was going to bite the bullet on the ZR30W, but then i saw this today. AHH i think i might blind buy.
 
I read through their return policy and didn't see anything alarming. Any catches?
 
I just put in an order at buy.com. This had better be one fantastic monitor cause I think I'm gonna be sick. :(
 
Heh. I was going to talk this over with my girl - as this would be for her. My monitor is better then hers.. But bam it was sold out.

Probably I am not the guy to review it - as I am more senstive to bad speakers then bad monitors I think. I don't see half the problems other people do.. I remember when i got my Sony TV and was reading AVS forums. Those guys made it sound like some blurry POS - but I thought mine looked awesome.

Even backlight bleeding doesn't bother me. My g/f older monitor has it bad - and this ASUS barely has it. But when you are looking at actual pictures - and not a black backaround I can't say this ASUS is much better..
 
Mine is being delivered tomorrow, but I might not get around to posting anything until the weekend.
