Samsung Magician & 840 Pro AND 850 Pro SSD's ?

In a new build, I am using a 256 GB Samsung 840 Pro as the OS/Program drive AND a 1 TB Samsung 850 Pro for data. I noticed that Samsung Magician 4.3 is the latest for download for the 840 Pro while Samsung Magician 4.5 is the latest download for the 850 Pro. I am concerned that if I load 4.3 it would be overwritten by 4.5 BUT the two SSD's use different technology - dunno if it is even possible to keep these two Magician programs, each supporting their respective SSD's, separate or IF it is needed - I assume that it is needed due to different versions of Magician for each SSD for download.

Thoughts / opinions?

Samsung Magician is the same version for every available Samsung SSD. I have version 4.5.0 installed and have an 850 Pro and 840 Pro in the same system.
