Im running seven of the 750gb drives and they were all in perfect condition after a proper format. I have confidence in these

got here 18x f1 750g drives
no problems, ok, oldest is only 5-6months old but still, im using them pretty heavy
same was with 13x old 500g drives, only one failure within its first week due 5tb datamovie through it, exchanged it as doa in next day, and no problems after that

I have 9 750s and ordered 4 more, all the ones I have are working fine so far.

Still, there aren't enough people on this forum to get a reliable sense of how many drives pass and fail. Even if a thousand people post here, they're producing millions of drives, so you wouldn't see even a thousandth of the outcomes.
