Just replace the cable with a brand new one! Maybe the SATA on the motherboard?

ok I have replaced the Sata cable and that wasn't it and I also switch to an unused SATA port and I still get the same error message... Any thoughts????

Notice the raw value of the UltraDMA CRC Error Count is the same for both programs. I do not know what a good value shold be though.

Remember that the count and error message will not go away by switching a cable. The reason is this is a count of the total # of bad transfers over the drives lifetime. By replacing the cable you are trying to stop these in the future but you can not alter the count. So I am saying just watch the number raw column and ignore the warning. If the number grows from 6158 there still is a problem.
