Safe to run a Celeron 500MHZ without a fan

Granted, when playing games on the Xbox the temp reaches about 145f.

We have some Celeron 500mhz here at work (iPaq's by Compaq), those run without fans aswell.

The Xbox 733 Coppermine runs real hot. It's passively cooled, but has a fan right behind it that draws air thru it and out the back of the case.
