I need some help picking out components.

I'm hoping to build a 1U server based on a socket939 CPU instead of an Opteron, to keep cost down. Unfortunately, this seems to narrow a lot of my options. Here is the case I have been looking at:

First of all, I need to figure out whether any socket 939 board (with onboard video) can fit into this case. I realize it's ATX, but when I look at the picture of the rear of the case here:

the layout of the rear connectors doesn't look like any of the boards that I've looked at, so it makes me worry that I won't get my ethernet connector(s) + video to line up with the case

This case is a very cheap solution and most of the 1U barebones boxes I've looked start at anywhere from 2-4 times more expensive than this. Finding all the right components for sale in Canada has been a major headache to begin with, so that makes it a little harder.

Any advice as far as motherboards go?
