$79 mousepad?

Hah. Your thread title led me to believe that it was some sort of keyboard/mouse. Though the design looks cool!

What the hell is up with glow in the dark input devices? It's stupid, it's like being impressed by shiny things, how much of a simpleton do you have to be? Unfortunately the best mouses are these hideous light shows. If they would make a gaming mouse that looks like your typical bland office mice I would be all over it.

Check out Steelseries. Their high end mice are pricey but I much prefer them to Logitech and Razer (bleagh) mice.

There are cool looking for sure, but I have found that Razer software does not like setpoint, and I am not giving up my MX revolution.

Its Tron. There is supposed to be a light show.
The keyboard looks interesting. It looks like they nailed the Tron theme.

Yeah, I do understand the Tron and its light stuff,
but is this really necessary? Haha

Your mouse will actually leave an illuminated trail on that mousepad. It could look cool if done correctly. I would like to see pictures/video of it in action.

Although yes, the lightning fits with the Tron theme, Razer seems to have gone beyond their usual "subtle gimmick" theme and straight into blatant gimmick territory. The Starcraft II "gear" is coming as well...

Same, I like my lights, makes my setup flashy and everyone who sees it is like "Oh wow that looks amazing".

The lights are nice, but it's too much for me IMO. I'll stick to my G15 v1 and Razer Naga, that's already enough blue light for me.

I don't have a problem with the lights as they do come in handy and can be turned off if I so desire.

However, this heavy marketing for the TRON reboot indicates a crappy movie to me. I am already tired of the movie and it hasn't been released yet!
