I want to run a css server on my spare computer. I have comcast cable 16Gbps service, so it has that 250gb limit. If i have a populated server, do you think i would go over the limit?

I'm not really worried about the speed of it. Just play on it with local players. I just don't want to go over the limit and get shut off. I download heavily on the side as well, and have 3 roomates. I really hate that they have that limit there.
