Hi,
I have the following dilema:
Cisco ASR1002-F
Code:
Product Description Quantity
ASR1002-F Cisco ASR1002 System, Fixed ESP, 4 built-in GE, 4GB DRAM1
SASR1R1-AESK9-31S Cisco ASR 1000 Series RP1 ADVANCED ENTERPRISE SERVICES1
ASR1002-PWR-AC Cisco ASR1002 AC Power Supply 2
CAB-ACE-RA Power Cord Europe, Right Angle 2
SFP-GE-T 1000BASE-T SFP (NEBS 3 ESD) 4

VS:
Cisco 6503 (WS-SUP720-3BXL=)
Cisco 3945E
Cisco 7204VXR-NPE-G2

I'm planing this router to be "in middle" with my ISP wich we are in negotiations for 1Gbps link to route our AS (poor /23)
Budget 40K$

Uhh the ASR is probably over kill

How much traffic are you routing? How many WAN connections? Full routing tables from each BGP peer?
