Bean. OpenOffice requires X to run (ie. it looks and performs poorly). NeoOffice just looks like OpenOffice shoehorned into the Mac GUI (ie. it doesn't really look or act like a "Mac" program). MS Word isn't Intel-native and is expensive (however, if money is no object and you have enough RAM, MS Word is probably the best overall word processor for the Mac).
Bean has none of these issues, but isn't as robust a product as the rest. For simply typing documents, Bean is excellent, but for laying out complex documents, you might want to consider one of the above, or AbiWord, which is excellent as well.
