Just make sure the software is a stable release.

it's not illegal and therefore not prosecute-able if it's not a real person now is it.....as a society we are fairly accepting to the idea of feeding any number of machines or paying for gadgets for sex, and it's all legal....

Nah I don't believe this at all. Human emotion is an important part of sex, whether it be love, domination, submission, power, connection, humiliation, reassurance blah blah everything good or bad under the sun. A robot may be able to simulate emotional reactions but not everyone is going to get what they're looking for.

But i agree that advancements in the methods for masturbation is most certainly one of the most important aspects of the future

I know a few divorced guys who would be *perfectly* happy with a sex toy that doesn't have any STDs, is reliable, and doesn't bring *ANY* emotional drama.

I think there are more important concerns right now, such as repairing the federal bloat that's happened under the last few administrations, including the current one, and basically trying to preserve what's left of liberty when you have the TSA and DHS behaving like modern day Gestapo. Outlawing porn should is certainly at the bottom of my list of priorities, and I'm one of those so-called right-wing nutjobs that so many on the internet love to hate because they have no clue what we really want. They're pretty sure they know what we want more than we do, but it's funny that they never bother to stop and ask. Fap to whatever you want. I simply want smaller, less intrusive government that obeys the law and doesn't spend the country's future into oblivion now, and more liberty for everyone. How's that bad?

Now if I can spin a little bit of this into the topic, I think robotic companions are a great idea from a capitalist perspective. I consider the market for them, and I consider the investment opportunity that would create, and I also consider the resultant side benefits of the tech advancements.
