Yikes, that is frighteningly amazing.
 
That is unbelievably cool. I can think of several things that these on a larger scale could be used to transport (or rescue) things in a hazardous environment for a normal pilot.

Of course the geek in me is thinking the S.H.I.E.L.D. helicarrier....
 
Pretty awesome... I can see a whole fleet of larger FedEX versions flying around delivering parcels directly. Would they not be more efficient if they were ducted fans?
 
Reminds me of Ice Rig Truckers where when they have a large load to haul that requires 2 trucks, one driving backwards at 20-30mph for hundreds of miles. This sort of synchronization would benefit these truckers greatly.

babies.... sometimes babies won't stop crying until you stand up and hold them rocking. Yeah.... robots to rock them in the air.
 
They do sound like angry bees! I think its great if only they could be used to rescue drowning victims or to air lift wounded people to safety over short distnaces quickly and efficiently in a war zone.
