Riot Regrets “Unnecessarily Sexualized” Design of League of Legends Character

Fucking stupid. This isn't the real world, this is fantasy, and no company has ever apologized for the nonstop sexualization of male characters in games.

Unless there is violent graphic rape being condoned and supported, I honestly couldn't care any less how fantasy games choose to envision fantasy characters. There is a reason why games don't make all of their characters look like fat/homely SJW nazis. Many gamers are interested in experiences that they could never get in their routine lives. Playing a game with a badass warrior princess with a huge rack can be exciting since it's a few steps removed from reality, making it desireable. As long as human beings have an endocrine system that includes hormones like testosterone, and other reproduction-related systems, the female body will continue to excite and impress. Unless their real goal is to sterilize society. . .

See.. the problem isn't that there is over sensitive people. There has always been people like this. The problem is society, the law, business, etc, bending over backwards to appease the very small number of retards that are like this! And now that its been happening for so long (many many decades) there are so many more retards its started to snowball.

Problem is the people who are accommodating them ARE them. These people come from the University/College system. It's where they learn their craziness, and they carry it with them once they've gotten their degree.

Not to mention that the more people bow down to this bullshit the more power they give their voice. Shame the developer doesn't realize this is a very very loud minority instead of just bending over to these people thinking it will hurt their sales if they don't. Artistic license is apparently wrong nowadays. We should also ask artists to stop drawing nude females too. Go into museums and tear down all paintings of nudity.

I was amazed to hear that playboy had stopped having nudes for a few years and only recently had restarted including them in the magazine. Why are people ashamed of their other peoples bodies?

I find it laughable (and pathetically sad) that you can put all the violence in a game you want, and no one bats an eye...but show a little cleavage and people lose their shit. We have fucked up priorities in life, people. And worrying about a GAME, ANY ASPECT of it, is fucking pathetic. We have people getting gassed in Syria, Palestinians being shot in the street, thousands of homeless people in the US, starvation and war crimes in Yemen, and a fascist sitting as President...and THIS is what we whine about???? Look up EVE and the rework they very recently did on her. It also makes this look chaste. Especially when you realize most of her in game quotes are about BDSM.

Heh, I did that in college (way way back in the 70s) to a couple of militant women libbers who resided on my dorm floor. I became a male chauvanist pig any time they were around. It was definitely fun.

Why do these companies have into this sjw shit? These people that are complaining are not their target demograph. I feel they would lose more from changing the characters. It is not likely that these sjw will toss money at the game cause of the changes.

I doubt even women who play the game want to be some obese unattractive woman. Victoria Secret sells to all women but the models are utterly gorgeous because they're selling the fantasy that "you put this on and you'll look like her". Same thing as men or women playing videogames. Nobody wants to play a game where you are an average height, average weight, guy who by day is a programmer but by night he's a dad. People want to pretend to be something fun and awesome, including having huge muscles or big boobs.
