rightfax retry intervals, anyone use it?

what are your retry intervals and time delay between retries. currently 5 retries with 5 minute intervals. however some people fax 5-10 faxes at once, and it can cause them to fail.


what are other people doing and what industry are you in?

I don't use Rightfax, but in Extrafax I do 6 retrys 3 minutes apart.

No i have a Digital Fax PRI card with 8 open channels so it is not a bottleneck right now. Do you just have a single fax modem?

I'm not sure all the details of the environment, just cleaning up the issue of failed faxes.

Cleaning up the bad fax#s has made a huge difference in the system that feeds into rightfax. Still failing 1-5 per day but much better than 20-80
