Right-click context menu for PSD conversions?

Not to make the title overly long, but is there some kind of program for Windows where you can right click a PSD file and convert it to an image format of your choice without opening up Photoshop (and wait for it to load)?

It would be in the right-click context menu and have something like

"Convert PSD to... |> JPG..."

Use XnView Shell Extension. As you can see it is quite awesome.
