well a friend of mine is into BDSM and likes this pic but she would love it if the skull was gone and not as much blood :D

maybe change the skull to something/take it out??? and maybe leave some of the blood making it blend in???

Here's a down and dirty quickie I did. I also converted the image to a grayscale to blend out the red coloring... Don't know if this is what you're looking for though.

Whoa! TMI, dude. :p What does that really have to do with altering the pic?

My first thought would be to replace the skull with a basketball. :)
 
LOL well I was hoping that if someone added something in would be in the line of BDSM and not a basketball :D
