I swapped the stock slot cooler of my Sapphire HD3870 with the AC S1 rev2 without the turbo fans and it works beautifully. No more noisy jet plane sounds of the stock fans. Yeeha
I cant monitor the temps under OSX of my Hackintosh but it is stable without artifacts or crashing.

Just got a Accelero S1 Rev 2 for my evga 8800GT. Haven't read through the thread yet but would love to see some pics and/or get some detailed instructions on installing this. The instructions that came with it look OK but I would like as much detail as possible so i only have to do it once.
