Retired Microsoft OS Engineer Explains Blue Screen Error

In analog NTSC color, blue was a easy color to transmit, or so the explanation I was told decades ago. They could of meant 'display' instead of transmit since it is a color that doesn't show up noise and issues as much as red which is the worst of the 3 primaries.
