resizing help?

i was wondering if this is the proper forum, but i havethis
and was wondering if anyone can resize it to fit into a buddy icon for me...the size is 7168 bytes

i would myself but my computer is at school and i'm on a POS laptop w/out the proper software, thanks

i think its small enough but the res maybe needs to be turned down cause its small enough for an aim window by the looks of it

Get IrfanView. Small footprint, does the job.

ok so i downloaded irfanview but i have no idea where to go from here, its not letting me resize anything so i can't even try the basic shrink-its-dimentions-to-get-it-to fit...
