[request] low-cost but quiet (120mm fans) mid-size tower?

currently use the old lian li from about 6years ago, but growing tired of the 80mm fans.

it's a bit overwhelming with case selection these days; im curious if there are any popular "go to" cases out there that are often recommended.

i'd prefer all 120mm fans to keep noise to absolute minimum.
absolute cooling isn't required as it's just a daily pc (no crazy overclocking for this box).
normal sized motherboard with 3hard-drives and a single optical drive.

What is your budget preference? plain or fancy?
A case that supplies all fans needed or are you willing to add?
Is Excellent cable management required?
Fractal Design does some very good cases that go on sale.
NZXT Source 210 Elite has been a budget favorite, the Switch 810 the water coolers go to.
I like Cooler Master HAF cases.
Lian Li Lancool are excellent, though their fans are so-so.

I think I used Arctic Cooling or Nexus 80mm fans as inexpensive quiet.
