Replacing case fans on old Lian LI aluminum case

The case has 80mm fans. I broke and no longer have the weird screw things.Will the rubber pull through
doodads be my best choice?

can't standard fan screws fit into the holes?
I just looked at my old Lian Li case and it takes standard fan screws. Mine is like yours minus the 3.5" floppy holes at the bottom.

Yep, regular fan screws will work (I have the same case). I tossed those rotten things after they sliced into my finger a couple of times. Like pendragon1 suggested, I cut a 120mm fan hole in mine right after I bought it. Can't say if it made a cooling difference but it looks sweet 😎
 
Those weird screw things are actually plastic rivets, I have that exact case and mine are still fine. Might want to check an auto parts store to see if they have any that would work.
