Regarding Acer V246HL VA monitor

I am considering purchasing this monitor, however, I am curious when its production date is, and I'd like to read some reviews and opinions of it before committing. Sadly, I've had no luck finding any posts about it on this forum, nor have I been able to google any reviews or anecdotes. I'm hoping someone here can help.

It occurred to me, it may use the same panel as BenQ's GW2460 or GW2450 monitors, does anyone know where to look for this information?
