reformat question

When reformatting my drive for XP.Should I do the standard or quick version format?

it depends, if u have already a NTFS partition and all u want to do is wipe your HD clean, then a quick format is all u need. But if u have a FAT32 partition, then u might want to a complete format, that is of course if u want to migrate to a NTFS partition.
