Recommended WiFi pcmcia for Linux?

Hello,

dont know if anyone here uses linux on their laptop, but im after a 54g wifi card that will work out of the box.. i know they exist but its down to trial and eror and basically down to the chipset (i have one which is unsupported :()..

i will be running under ubuntu and was wondering if anyone has any first hand experience with a pcmcia wifi card that runs right out of the box, i know they are out there somewhere! all i have found so far is an AT&T 6700G 54g but nowhere in UK seems to stock it :p

First hand user advice very welcome!

Anything with an Atheros or (less generally) Prism chipset will work... Atheros generally works better, due to open documentation of their chips, but Prisms are popular... google around and you'll find one.
