Normally I go with DBAN but that appears to only work on the system drive of a computer. I am getting rid of an old USB 2.0 hard drive that was being used for backups. Want to make sure any personal data cannot be retrieved by whomever gets the drive. Drive was connected to a Windows 10 computer with exFAT file format. I am considering using CCleaner.
