Recommendations for a good software to burn a Bluray disc

Hey all,

Back in the day, I used DVD Decrypter to burn DVDs. Wondering if anyone knows of any good software to burn BluRay discs.

Burn as in just plain ol writing to a blue ray, or burn as in back up an existing blue ray to another?

Rip it to my computer, my bad re terminology

The go to are FreeblueRayCopy if you want ISOs.. MakeMKV if you want a bit more flexibility.
