Recommendation for cheap earbuds or IEM's?

Need a new pair of earbuds since my Samsung Note 5 stock earbuds stopped working. There's legitimately millions of options. Needs to stay under $30, needs to be decent quality, ideally would have a mic and work with Android phones, buttons are not required though. Mostly plan on using these while riding in cars and walking around outside, maybe some light exercising.

I saw Fiio F3 recommended elsewhere but IDK if they are any good or if there are any better options.
 
See Wirecutter for the broadest comparison. FWIW, I bought a few sets of the Panasonics when they were the top pick and consider them amazing for $12ish.
 
I ended up buying some Sennheiser mx365... pretty disappointed with them. The cable is terrible. You can hear scraping every time it brushes against any surface... bleh. guess I'll use them for a bit and then try something else :/
Sound quality is good but teh cable really ruins them
