Recent issue in Google Chrome

Hello guys, I was wondering if anyone is having any issues with the drop down menus from the Bookmarks Bar in Chrome? I noticed yesterday after I restarted Chrome that the drop down menus are larger, and run all the way down past my dock. I can't scroll up/down to access them or anything. Any ideas?

I'm also having another problem... I've come to terms with the favorites menu thing, but this one I can't deal with. I've noticed lately that when I'm browsing, especially on [H], the page will load but Chrome won't allow me to click any links or scroll down the page. The browser doesn't lock, because I can select other tabs and scroll on those pages, click links and everything. My CPU is spiking out during this. Is anyone else seeing this?
