Reason to keep NAS and WHS?

I was reading about Windows Home Server and it looks very cool. It offers tons of features besides just file backups. I currently have an infrant NV+ Nas box full of 500gb drives. I was wondering if there is a reason to keep this box if I installed WHS? I mean right now I use the NAS for backups and that is it.
 
WHS has the best backup system you'll see for a home system IMHO.

I use both. I have a QNAP TS-209 with 1TB, a QNAP TS-201 with 640GB, and a WHS with 2.0TB.

They all have their uses :)
