Reading a MP3 ID3 tag?

If I wanted to make an EASY to use tagger program for a project and just because I want to make one, how would I go about getting the data from an MP3 ID3 tag? I don't know anything about this.

There are plenty of libraries out there; no need to go writing your own parser unless you're just doing it to learn, I suppose. We had a related thread not too long ago. What environment will you be programming in?
