Hi.

I have bought a Razer Naga Epic, it's working at 125 Hz polling rate (which is unplayable for people like me who are used to play at 1000 Hz). I have tried to change the polling rate in the driver options to 500 and 1000 Hz but it doesn't works, the mouse is still at 125 Hz. I'm using the last versions of the driver and mouse firmware.

Does anybody knows any solution to this? This mouse is completely useless for me if it can't work at more than 125 Hz, the loss of precision compared to 1000 Hz is brutal, I have throw 100 € through the window.

I use 1000 Hz polling on my Naga without problem.

Did you try the mouse on a clean OS install, my first thought is something is interfering with the mouse to able it to switch. Different USB port?

Confirm on another computer altogether?

Barring those... it looks like it may be a hardware issue.

Yep, I also did that, different USB ports and tested on another PC's.
