I do not want to sound overly negative.

-Too much of a distinct line left from the flag pole.
-Signs need to be tweaked to match the scene lighting.
-Sign shadows don't match the angle or length (not long enough).

If you want merge these shots, try and snap a shot of the sign during early morning or late evening so the lighting is similar.

Also, I can tell exactly where you used the clone brush. You should try cutting and pasting other sections and then try to blend them in that way it looks more natural.
