Raster to vector

I have a large image(36x60 INCHES) and i need to transform it into vector, and i need to know how i'd go about doing this in photoshop(cs2)

it's a simple shape also(gumby, 4 colors)

Illustrator CS2 has a nice function called "Live Trace" which works fairly well. I think Corel has a app for this also.

i don't have adobe illustrator...
i can get it into flash, if i can do something with it in there.

Illustrator is the vectoring program and without Illustrator you should just pass on the image to someone who has Illustrator to do it for you.
