Not really familiar with FSP PSU's.
I believe the xfx black edition uses the M12D design, and the pro core edition uses the S12D design. Essentially, the XFX Black Edition is the M12D, which I'm sure of, and the pro core edition uses the S12D, this one I'm not as sure on.
Seasonic makes some of the best PSU's on the market, and you can't go wrong with any of them. I'm currently using a M12D 750w myself.

The XFX Black Edition, Seasonic S12D, and Seasonic M12D units are basically identical. The only differences are price and the fact that the S12D isn't modular. The XFX Core Edition uses a lower-end Seasonic platform, and the FSP is efficient but uses a budget design, so it's a decent, but not exceptional, unit.

That's Tom's Hardware, not Anandtech, and that review doesn't even have voltage regulation measurements.

I don't really trust Tom's hardware for reviews anymore, unless it's something they absolutely cannot screw up on. HardOCP and JonnyGuru are the best places to look at power supply reviews.
