Ramdisks

Well I've been trying a few different ramdisks (most off the first page when "ramdisk" is google'd). However even with 3.2gb ram detected by Windows (4gb total) the ramdisks have trouble going over a couple hundred megabytes (different amount is dependant on whatever drivers I use).

Does anyone know of any good ramdisk software/drivers and how to set them up so I can get 1-2gb+ ramdisk?
Do you think NUMA will be a problem when I try and get to the 2gb barrier or will it just ignore it and go over?

Just found a program called Cenatek RAMDiskXP and realised I had to set Windows to only detect some of my ram. Hehe now I have a 2gb ram disk, MMORPGs load mega fast
