Like many PC builders, RAM is somewhat of a blurry area when it comes to building their systems, and I am no different.
I know every component that is going into my system, expect ram

All running on vista 64, and I will be using my current 250G hard drive and my 480watt PSU.
I will be overclocking my e8400, trying to hit the 4 - 4.2 mark using the Thermalright Ultra-120 heatsink.
I am looking for 4g or ram in the 2x2 format, but I really dont know what to look for. I have never OC ram, but I am willing to try. I use my pc for typical stuff (gaming, surfing, heavy programs), so I am sure there are many options for me.
My biggest questions I guess is should I be looking at PC6400 or PC8500. The price is not that much different, and some friends have told me if I am going to be OC'ing my CPU that high I should look into PC8500.
Thanks guys.
