Radeon Software Adrenalin Edition 18.9.2 drivers have been released and include performance optimizations for F1 2018 (3%), Fortnite (5%), Shadow of the Tomb Raider (4%), and Star Control: Origins which received a massive 17% performance boost and a fix for particle corruption on some cloud textures.

Known Issues

Some AMD Ryzen Desktop Processors with Radeon Vega Graphics system configurations may experience a black screen during installation downgrade to a previous Radeon Software version. A recommended workaround is to perform a clean install during Radeon Software installation. Radeon RX Vega Series graphics products may experience elevated memory clocks during system idle. System configurations with 16+ CPU cores may experience a random system reboot during installation when upgrading Radeon Software from a version older than RSAE 18.8.1. A clean installation is recommended when performing this Radeon Software upgrade.

Star Control: Origins

hmmm. had not heard of that game. stardock is a good company. really enjoy the galciv series, playing galciv3 now actually will have to give this new game a shot. Im guessing it also is using stardocks multi-threaded 64bit engine. works great on galciv3

The last ones still had the stutter when running 2 monitors with 1 turned off. Is it worth it to even try these ones? Think I'll wait & see.

On a triple-monitor system, anything after 18.5.1 would cause constant stutter in Unity games with 2 monitors turned off (but not with 1 turned off). It was supposed to have been fixed for 18.9.1, but... I keep reporting it and keep hoping it'll be fixed.

I haven't tried 18.9.2 yet. I finally got Forza Horizon 3 working again, and am hesitant to go through the Optimizing step once again.

On a plus side, 18.9.1 finally fixed the issue with monitors not going to sleep when running Eyefinity that had been present since 17.5.1
