Here are my specs for my Setup:

Intel Quad Core QX6700
EVGA 680i revised edition with Quad Core fix
4GB Crucial @ 1000mhz
150GB Raptor
2x 500GB SATA II
8800 GTX XFX

Water Setup:
2x MCP350 with Alphacool Tops, 1x with res
2x MCR220
Apogee GT
DD 8800 GTX
DD 680 Chipset Block
Alphacool NB Block
7/16 Marketeer tubing
5x Silenx 120mm fans
6x Akasa 120mm fans
Eventhough I have 2 pumps, only the one with the res is on. I've only noticed a 1-2 degrees drop with both pumps on.

Loop = res/pump -> 1st rad -> cpu -> sb -> 2nd pump -> 2nd rad -> gpu -> nb

Ambient Temp 30-32 C due to hot weather
CPU temp: 36-39 C Idle, 40-45 C Load
GPU temp: 42-45 C Idle, 46-50 C Load

Are these good temps, or are they too warm? I had overclocked my cpu to 3.2 GHZ, and the temps rose to 52-55 C on the cpu. Does that sound right or is it too high?

Thanks for the input. Guess I'll overclock it back to 3.2 GHZ again. I was worried that the temps were too high.

Those are actually some great temps with a QX6700. I can think of a few people who wish they could get temps that low with their quad extreme.
