Qwest sees packet loss

Personally I didn't notice. Though I was onsite at a client's office for 12 hours. I did hit up Facebook twice on my Blackberry during my lunch break and it worked fine.

The outages mailing list lit up like chrismas lights though. Working for a CLEC, I suggest you subscribe to this list. Even if you never post, there's lots to be learned from the list. NANOG is another good list to subscribe to. Other network engineers might notice problems, and hit up the list as general. Call it an early warning system.
