Quiet CPU coolers that don't require to take out the Mobo?

I am running the stock Intel cooler/fan on a LGA775. I wanted to see if there are better coolers (quiet) that could be retrofitted that do not require me to take out the mobo.
You will be looking at a cooler that uses pushpins, anything with a bolt through kit will require you to put on a back plate. Also, are you sure its the cooler thats loud and not the case fans etc?

This one really uses push pins. Couldn't believe it with the size.

the Freezer 11 LP might be a good choice for me as well. It is rated as the quietest of them all. Seems somewhat strange since the other is larger.

Yeah, but you have to remove the mobo to fit the provided bracket because I installed mine today. Is pretty quiet but on my i7 920, idle temps are between 40-45 with it being 70+F in my room.
