Quick question on a video card with sound

I'm slowly trying to build a media system for my big screen TV. I am waiting for good deals on parts before I purchase anything. Newegg has a good deal going with the XFX 4850 1GB video card for 40 bucks if the mail in rebate goes through anyways.

I get confused with these cards and with sound in HDMI. I know some video cards will produce sound and some will not. Will I be able to get sound to work with this card through HDMI?
 
Yes. The default ATI drivers like to not initialize the audio device unless the TV is on before your computer, but the generic hdmi audio driver from realtek is supposed to solve the issue.
